Jo's vocational background is in Environmental health and safety however she now feels strongly that she also wants to help support individuals with their physical and emotional health. Jo has some experience developing care and support plans for adults living with disabilities; from this work she saw the difference that nutrition and natural health supplements were making in people's lives including their energy levels, hormone balance, mobility, cognitive function, emotional state and general well-being. 


Jo enjoys yoga, yoga nidra meditation, swimming, gardening, cooking and spending time with her family and pets. Jo is also undertaking a parent coaching qualification and is involved in voluntary work with organisations that support the wellbeing of parents and their children.
